Constantia has a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Nutrition & Dietetics Department of Crete. She continued her studies with the postgraduate programme at the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences of the University of Glasgow, on Human Nutrition with specialization in Sports Nutrition and holds the corresponding postgraduate degree. She practices the profession of dietician - nutritionist with online sessions and home visits in Thessaloniki. She is active with briefings in pharmacies, schools, associations and as an adult trainer in public IEK. Finally, she is constantly informed about new scientific research on nutrition and health issues through seminars and bibliography.

Her profession fills her with energy and satisfaction as she told us she feels the most beautiful feeling when dieters now say "I feel great" "I feel at my best". She firmly believes that nutrition and health go together!

In her free time she likes to work out, watch movies, spend quiet family time, enjoy time with her friends and travel!

At Holland & Barrett she provides consultative guidance on choosing the right supplement as well as nutritional advice.

Her favourite supplements are: triple action probiotics, high action multivitamin, collagen peptides and goat protein.
