Dried figs are rich in vitamins A, B, C and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and iron. These figs are of the Smyrna variety. Its fruit has a large size and a spherical shape with a small neck, while its bark is greenish-yellow. The flesh is amber to red and very sweet. All of its forms give excellent quality of fresh or dried figs.
