Relaxing and harmonizing, Lavender can be used to aid sleep, is ideal for skin care whether used in body creams or oils or in the bath, compresses or face masks. Other indications for its use: nervousness, cuts, wounds, headache, sadness, ulcer, acne, dermatitis, inflammation, insomnia and stress.
