After training, your body uses protein to help repair and rebuild muscle fibres. Gold Standard Whey delivers 24g of whey protein and 5.5g of naturally occuring BCAA's to support muscle growth, and 4g of glutamine and glutamine acid to reduce muscle soreness.
All with just 1.4g of fat, 0.9g of sugars, and with 1.6g of carbs. Gold Standard Whey is best enjoyed first thing in the morning and/or during the 30 minutes just before or immediately after training. Simply mix one rounded scoop (32g) with 180-240 ml (6-8 oz) of water in an ON shaker.
