For the rest of Greece from 1 to 4 working days
For inaccessible areas from 2 to 7 working days
Charges
For deliveries within Attica the charge is €2,99 with free shipping for orders over €45.
For the rest of Greece the charge is €2,99 with free shipping for orders over €45.
For shipments via BOX NOW (24/7) the charge is €1,80 and free shipping for orders over €45.
For in-store pickup it is free of charge.
These charges apply to orders up to 10kg ( by weight or volumetric), after these kilos you will be contacted by Holland & Barrett's Customer Service department to inform you and agree via email on the cost of shipping. Any 1kg over 10kg will be charged €1/kg.
Pick up from Store
For store collections it is required that an order has been placed on-line in advance and that you have received confirmation by email that your order is ready for collection. Orders picked up from the Store are only payable online and there is no option to pay in-store.
Once you have been informed about the in-store pickup - that your order is ready in the store you have chosen, the order will remain in-store for 3 working days.
Refusal of receipt
In case of refusal of receipt without a defective product or our fault, the customer will be charged the cost of shipping and returning the products to our warehouse.
