They also regulate the glucose balance in pre-diabetic or diabetic people, but also cause saturation and control the feeling of hunger and appetite to the people who do not have a problem with their glucose levels. They can also have an antioxidant effect.

1.3 Beta Glucans, Binder Diluent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Coating Materials (Polyvinyl Alcohol, Calcium Carbonate, Polyethylene Glycol, Talc, Caramel (WHEAT)), Lubricant (Magnesium Stearate), Disintegrant (Croscarmellose Sodium),
Glidant (Colloidal Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:

Adults take 3 tablets daily after meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
