Holland & Barrett provide this popular botanical extract in liquid form for those individuals who find it difficult to swallow capsules or tablets.

• It contributes to normal digestive function and it seems to have beneficial effect on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and specifically to calming digestive cramps and flatulence. 
• It has anti-spasmodic effect and can be used in soothing menstrual cramps. 
• It has antimicrobial properties.
