Holland & Barrett bovine collagen provides high hydrolysed collagen levels, as well as vitamin C, which plays a critical role in rebuilding destroyed skin layers, alongside its antioxidant protection from oxidative stress, derived from long-term damage from free radicals. 

Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in our body, which comprises almost one third of our total protein content in our body. As we age, collagen production starts to decline. Vitamin C - or ascorbic acid - contributes to normal collagen production in our body, which supports the maintenance of normal skin luminosity and elasticity. 

Ingredients:

Hydrolysed Collagen, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), L-Ornithine Hydrochloride, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid).

Directions:

Take 3 Tablets per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
