Ingredients:

Co-Enzyme Q10, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, D-Biotin, Binder Diluent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Lubricant (Magnesium Stearate), Coating Agent (Nutrafinish Beige).

Directions:

Adults take 1-3 tablets daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Because the Co-enzyme Q10 is fat-soluble, taking it with a meal that contains oils or fats helps its absorption.
