Holland & Barrett Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend Omega 7 Capsules contain oil extracted from sea buckthorn.

Relatively few plant species are good sources of essential fatty acids, but this oil provides polyunsaturated omega 7 fatty acids, as well as omega 3 (alpha linolenic acid), omega 6 (linoleic acid) and omega 9 (oleic acid).

Ingredients:

Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil, Capsule Shell (Glycerol, Modified Corn Starch, Carrageenan, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous)), Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil.

Directions:

Take one softgel capsule twice daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
