Holland & Barrett Raspberry Ketone Complex contains raspberry ketones, which are natural compounds that give raspberries their distinctly sweet smell and flavour. With glucomannan, raspberry extract, vitamin B6 & B12. 

• Glucomannan (konjac fibre) in the context of an energy restricted diet, it contributes to increased feeling of fullness and reduced appetite. Glucomannan expands in contact with water & can absorb up to 50 times its weight.
• Vitamins B6 & B12 contribute to the normal function of a healthy metabolism, to energy production and to reduced fatigue. 
• Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.

Glucomannan, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Raspberry Fruit Extract, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin).

Do not exceed stated dose. WARNING: There is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties and when ingested with inadequate fluid intake. Plenty of water should be consumed with this product to ensures it reaches the stomach.

Directions:

Take two capsules with 250ml of water 30 minutes before your meal, three times daily. Do not exceed stated dose.
