Instructions:

Dosage and how to use:

Adults : 1 tablespoon up to 2 times a day before meals.
2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons 2 times a day before each meal, neat or dissolved in water or fruit juice.

Children (3 years and over): 1 tablespoon 1 time per dayDo not exceed the recommended daily dose.
